Step Here :

1. You Must Root And Unlock Your Bootloader

2. flash ClockworkMod Recovery.

3.Go to Settings > About on your Galaxy Nexus and note the Android version and build number.You must Know Your Device type on Galaxy Nexus.

4. Download the Jellybean 4.1 firmware rom package for your Galaxy Nexus from to your computer. The file name was jb-takju.zip and size will be 229 MB. To Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean click (Build: JRO03C)

5. Copy the downloaded zip file into root directory of your phone’s SD card.
6. Reboot your phone , enter it in Bootloader Mode. press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons together for a few seconds until the screen turns on and coming to recovery mode. Nandroid Backup if you need.
7. From ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM)
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Wipe Battery Stats
8. From the main CWM screen, select “install zip from sdcard” > “choose zip from sdcard” and then choose the jb-takju.zip file to apply, select ‘Yes..’ to confirm
9. After the installation process has completed, the device will automatically return back to the Recovery Mode and Go Back
10. Restart on Your system
